then i got more done to it yesterday






going back in 2 weeks to get it filled in

Dont have pics of mine.

But I have my service ensignia above my heart
And a few on my bicepts
My daughters name on my neck
Oh and a special one in a place for my wife-This is a family related site so cant say where it is

I got a new tattoo last month on my lower back.. a Flame I have been wanting for some time now. ( Flame designed by Caihlem )

i wont lie it was worse then labor lol

I can't believe your 1st tattoo and you decided to go so big on the 1st time. I was so scared my 1st tattoo was gonna hurt so much, I got a small rose on my ankle about 2 inches. ( Totally Painless really LOL )

Have you decided on the colors for the all butterflies and flowers yet? It's gonna take some time to fill in, yes? Can't do it all at once, would be too painful, no? You should definetly use the color Magenta somewhere ( Hot Pink ) to fill in some flowers or butterflies. I fancy that color, alot. So bold and beautiful.

Did you have a hard time deciding what you wanted on your body forever?

the 1st 1 i got was the one on my wist just to see how pine full it was lol

The only thing I hate about tattoo's is the "Itching " afterwards when its healing.. LOL Oooh Drives me insane not to scratch it.

i have two...not got pics though. ne my right arm i have a scottish flag on a shield, surrounded by a thistle with a banner saying alba on it (gaelic for scotland) and above it the name of my brother whom died 5 year ago. Bizarrely, i discovered last year, that my Brother in law had designed the tattoo (minus my brothers name, i had that added a few days after he died) and has it on his right arm too!

On my left arm i have a small blue heart surrounded by a black tribal pattern.

I am going to be designing on to represent my three children.

Those flowers are well done, you gonna get them colored in from time to time like the rest? keep us updated if you do

Well tattoos are great but not on the body sorry guys i was never fan of them.

I started doing mine myself but its weird because your body will only let you hurt yourself sooo much, Got a some one to clean it up a bit, I've to go back and get the rest done just before Christmas,

I had surgery done between the first and second sitting so i haven't been able to get it finished sooner

i got bout 3 but only two show because one is a cover up.

my first tattoo was letters VL
but i covered it with gods hands holding a rosary.

and the other one is on my forearm and it's the smile now cry later faces with my son whole name written across it.. it was suppose to represent when he was born to show him how happy i have him and crying to show how proud i am of having him

None...yet.

Tattoos are ugly in my opinion. Why would you want to sometimes permanently mark your body in such a way?

Personally, when I'm finished growing (yes, almost 21 and still growing ), and muscled up a little bit, I might get me a tatoo.

Something like the real Flame I designed, similar to Nessa's but more composite and fancy

Because they think having some big, easily defining mark is going to get them somewhere in life.

All it does it make a permenant mark that can make you identifiable to others. Hope none of you ever plan on committing a crime, or doing any jobs that require no identifying marks. And FYI, the Military does not condone tattoo's either. Most area's of the service will, if they ever find out you got 1, charge you with DESTRUCTION of GOVERNMENT property, as, once you sign the dotted line, belong to them, and signed that you would abide by thier laws, which prohibit visible tattoo's.

My husband was in the army and had tattoos

I think my tattoos were always there just under the skin where no one could see,

I actually find the pain enjoyable (family forum so didn't want to write what i meant lol)
