How did you discover forumotion

Mines:I was looking on Google on how to create a forum.The first thing i say was help.forumotion.com
I was very amazed on how the site was prepared.So now i am here.

I was a noob at forums, I had just found out about a forum. I thought it was the only forum there was, but I later figured out that there's a lot of forums. I think that I saw this link in my first forum and I clicked on it. The first name that I put my forum in was comehere.forummotion.com, then safeforum.forummotion.com (Don't worry, the links don't work anymore.) Later on I made my official forum that I would never change, my first official forum. I thought it was fun at first, but later I found out that it is addictive. So that's how I found out about Forummotion.

I Saw my bro's making forum's, not hosted by Forumotion,
then i was looking at Google, the 4th link was Forumotion, the name was pretty convicing & addicting, so i tried it.

I Said: Hmmm, nice, i wonder if there is a support forum for forumotion...
and i found http://help.forumotion.com !

lol my story is too long and epic to type out so i'll put it in simple terms. I searched google, found forumotion, clicked make a new forum, and came here. Thats the SIMPLE version. want the action backed, gun slinger version i'll tell you it too Very Happy

I don't think I've ever posted here...
So here's the deal. I really love computer games, and so when my friends created blogs about them, I joined of course. Then a couple of the biggest and most popular blogs decided to become forums, so when they closed down, I had to check out what this "forum" type thingy was. So when I found it, it was like SO much cooler than my blog, so I decided to make a forum with Forumotion. It's so awesome yet easy to use...and ever since then, I've been recommending it to everyone I know. Smile

Like a year ago I was on a Game Site called Myninjakiwi, a good friend of me made the site: "The Apple" using Forumotion, like a year after that I made the Fifa Manager Forums, than I registered here Smile

.
Now I don't have a Forum anymore.

My story is also long and... epic, I should say, but I'll try to lay it in short.

A friend of mine invited me to his newly made forum more than a year ago. I registered but it wasn't until four months later that I started visiting the forum and it took me only a week to find myself addicted to it.

The forum, as you can guess, was a forumotion forum. It was the first time ever that I read and posted on a forum. The more I got acquainted with its options, and tags, and the ways of expression, of creativity that it provided, the deeper I became enchanted with it.

There used to be two Admins at the time and shortly after I was promoted to a Moderator. Then the administrators fell into a bitter argument and the founder demoted his co-admin. Three months later the former co-admin cracked the founder's email and took over the forum through it. There was a few hours' morality fight between the usurper and me and he finally passed the founder account to me which I returned to its owner.

As a result, I am a co-administrator now and the first thing I did was enhancing the forum security. This is how I came across help.forumotion.com and I feel just the same when I first entered our forum: "Oh, my Goodness, what am I supposed to do now" Very Happy

I was on a site call stick sports and I was on their forums.I noticed having links in there signature saying please join there forum or great forum here click to join.Then I remember seeing the rules says do not post topics about your websites or forum,so then I realises its ome form of forum so I clicked on one.It take me to a vey nice forum.Below I saw this:

i searched the net as i was using invision at the time and was not very happy with them as we seemed to have more downtime them anything

although there has been problems on here all my members are now happy so that makes me happy couldn't ask for more then that i say Smile

I found here by Club Penguin Planet..

Since my arrival on Club Penguin Planet (CPP), As I looked at the bottom of the forum, it said "Free Forum" I was thinking of adminstrating a forum and then I went ahead and made a forum.
