Photo Shop Or Gimp Or Other?

If other tell me what product.

It's one of the default tools, and looks like a bucket too

I use Photoshop CS2, I use to use Paint Shop Pro (Ewww lol) for about 2 years. At first I didn't like Photoshop cause it looked like it was hard, but now I got use to it and it rocks! Ive been using Photoshop CS2 for just over a year now. I was thinking about upgrading to CS3 but I don't like the layout of it and I don't want to give myself a headache looking to see were everything is.

I change my vote to photoshop its cool.

I now have Adobe Shop Element 6

Project Doggwaffle is also an good free progie

i use paint shop pro and animation used to use phtoshop but find paintshop easier

Photoshop can do everything and anything beyond the imagination of the other programs mentioned .. u just need to know how to do them ..

Paint Shop Pro is a LOT easier to handle than Photoshop.

All of this is GIMP made. Please stop telling that free = not pro ! Most open source softwares can do the same jobs than their proprietary competitors
I prefer to use open source technologies than using cracked proprietary softwares.

As soon as I will get sorted about about changing my Gimp's locale settings under Ubuntu, I will be able to start translating my tutorials without always having to ask someone to do it for me.

I use corel paint shop pro photo x2, and it's the best, at least in my opinion...
