Once you work is uploaded to Youtube or Dailymotion, simply retrieve the script and the URL of the page and post it in this topic Smile

The videos will be rated by our staff, and the 10 best movies will be then submitted to our users poll on the forum!

Regarding the great success of the Invision Theme contest previously launched on our services, we decided to launch a new competition... MovieMotion : create a Forumotion movie !

Maybe are you the new Spielberg ? Or maybe you simply want to test your skills and show the community what you can do? Well this contest is for you!

The rules are simple: a video of maximum 1:30 duration, uploaded on Youtube or Dailymotion, and where we can clearly identify the name of Forumotion.

The videos can be about comedy, sci-fi, love or friendship ... ETC. Although be original... perhaps this will make the difference!
Of course tho nothing violent, with racist, aggressive, morbid, or any content against our Terms of service !

You can ask your entire community to help you ... a whole group or a one person work? You decide!

Contest Period: 2 months from the date of publication of this announcement...Friday 17th April 2009 at Midnight.

What about the prizes ??

Winner: 5000 credits
2nd: 3000 credits
3rd: 1500 credits

questions about this contest, since this seems to be the appropriate section~

1.can I submit my video by 10 april
2. that official creature of forumotion.. the green being everywhere..wats his name and is he supposed to be walking like a spider,all four legs working differently or like a man sets of two walking in a humanly manner?
3.will a animation video be accepted?
4.can I add credits to it?like my name?
5.wats the prefered resolution? you tube size or better?
and can i add a title like forumotion moviemotion or something.. wat should be the title? bwi

5-No resolution preferred, Title must be relevant.

you telling me that thing is official forumotion stuff and nobody cared to even name it?
anyways about the credits ..I mean like adding my name at the last like "this video was brought to you by Rikacomet"

You can of course put your name in this video as you're the creator Wink

No promotional use of any video, besides them being on Youtube and Dailymotion, although they will have a prenium display on the support forum.

I'm making my video a Pivot animation for my closest web friend's forum, since I am an admin there and we kinda need to change it up a bit Wink

Can it be a Pivot Animation, do you have to the URL of the forum of the forum in the video description, and do we enter one entry per forum?

You can do a Pivot animation. You need to mention Forumotion.com in the video, the support forum isn't required as a priority.

Drunk cowboy is ok, ForuMotion's not necessarily the main theme, but it has to come out clearly at one point (or more, it would be appreciated Smile

But it musn't be a simple promotion of another forum or site.

anyways i'm currently having probs with sony vegas (it just shuts down without a reason...) so i need to reinstall it, then i'll attempt to do this Wink

And true... the movies so far weren't dealing with forumotion at all...
