Very annoyed with forum motion staff!

So at the bottom of my forum there is a link which says FREE FORUM SUPPORT, so I click it and come to here, HELP.forumotion.com

So I add my forum to the forum promotion section and accidently forget to set the category to the correct one, view thread here and check VNinjaV post:

I get refused with the comment, category does not exist, well that is fair enough but How the hell can I reply to change that? The forum is locked so I can not reply! What kind of HELP or FREE FORUM SUPPORT is that to your members??

I have paid to have a domain name, paid to have templates, considered paying for advertising space, I have spent weeks promoting my forum and I thought of all places this would be a nice FRIENDLY forum where people HELP each other out! But no, it is not.

Maybe I should make a website that shows how forumotion.com helps it members! Or should I say, doesn't help it's members! I guess this post will be deleted, locked or frowned upon instead of a helpful reply! Seeing as I was LOCKED out of another forum on the HELP.forumotion.com forums for posting the wrong category my site was listed in, I had to post here, where else could I post??

I am sure many others have felt this way and more than likely given up on there forum. Such a waste!

Excuse me! Forumotion staff have tried their hardest to help us and there you go giving forumotion a bad name. I dont think many people will want to know your nonsence and your inapropriate behaviour! (sorry if I sound like a mod but im only trying to stick up for the staff).

Actually forumotion is a nice and friendly place if you learn to get along with each other and have PATIENCE!

I dont think many people will beleive you if you do that. I dont think they will even know what you are talking about and if you ask me forumotion is the best forum making website!
The staff try their hardest to help us even when they have tons of other stuff on their mind and stuff to do.

You are entitled to your opinion just a shame it was biased towards staff. I am not here to create animosity, I am here for HELP as the site name suggests! I ask for 1 thing, and get pushed aside. So what do you expect me to do? Thank the staff?

Im sorry if you took it as offence. I just think you should have a little bit of patience and maybe you will get help but at this rate I dont think anybody is gonna help you. Arguing is never the answer.

VNinjaV: Your presentation was refused because here we don't have a "video games" category like you asked for in your presentation.You need to choose one of the categories that you find here.
Your presentation was moved in that locked topic along with the presentations of other members in order to clean up the forum presentations topic. This is done periodically by Forumotion staff in order to clean that topic. All you needed to do was choose one of the available categories and post your presentation in the presentations topic. Since I believe the problem is now solved I will lock this topic
