I'm currently using Adobe CS2, Image Ready, Flash, Illustrator, InDesign, Dreamweaver MX and much more. I have worked with Quark but some time ago. Some companies however still use Quark because they simply can't afford Adobe InDesign. It's good to be familiar with both programs if you have time to learn it. In the end it can only help you.
