Blue to Withe Skin

Attention : Are custom css where you can find lots of useful scripts (eg transparent menu and the location of the cursor keys are lit, picture categories, image and spoiler code, image caption and footer on the phpbb3 and more) . I hope you will love

not bad... good css work...

but I think the graphics media hover is really annoying , and because of that people won't use it... especially if their forum has nothing to do with it.
