the theme isn't bad ... a little dark, but maybe its just me.
the only thing I'm worried about is that you just dumped a background from idesktopbackgrounds.com.
A bit more originality wouldn't hurt.
Other than that I like the little joysticks

I didn't use the CSS codes as Jalo stated... Lack of inspiration happend, so I used backround I found...

Well, he did you use basics [the section of the acp here you don't need to use the codes,but does that same thing that generates the css]...that still counts for css.
If you don't use css on your forum,then your forum will come out like a blank page that looks really horrible.
Deactivate your basic CSS and you'll see what am talking about,
ACP=>Display Tab=>Pictures and Colors=>Colors=>CSS Stylesheet=>Deactivate the basic CSS=>Yes=>Save
