HELP CAN'T DELETE MY SKINS!!!!

Please I need help.
I own a Sonic Froum, =SF= SonicFreak's and I only uploaded my skins to hitskin only to use them as storage.
A few weeks later, some guy opens a new Sonic FOrum, using my skin and used graphics that I currently use at my forum.
Only that he is posing as me and copying of my forum.
And he claims it as his own too!

So I tried going to hitskin to delete them, but it won't let me!
Can you please help me!
I can't let him claim it as his own and copy of me!
That's technically stealing and plagerism.

Please this is serious and I need help.

You can't delete the skin, but you can contact an admin like Typlo/Luky for help.

Mr.Mega is right, you can't delete your skin if you uploaded it to hitskin.

You'll have to try and contact Typlo and ask him to remove your skin from hitskin.

In the future, if you would like a back-up of your skin, you should save it by doing the following :

ACP=>Display Tab=>Styles=>Temporary themes=> Create new temporary theme

As MasterMarc has said and others before it is not possible to delete skins yourself. If you can confirm that the skin you would like to delete is this one I will forward the request to Typlo who can sort this out for you.

Regarding the person that is using your skin, technically as you have placed it on hitskin it is available for anyone to use it therefore they are allowed. As I am not 100% sure of this situation, i will also contact Typlo who is in charge of Hitskin and members problems.

I myself will get back to you on this situation our I Typlo himself will post in this topic.
