Hitskin Account Problem

Hello,

My account on Hitskin.com has to be messed up lol, as i get the message:

"Le nouveau mot de passe est trop court" which is french for Your new password is too short and the thing is my settings for the language in my account is English and when i try to update my account without adding new password it gives me that message.

Someone care to elaborate on why this is happening with my account?

PS I do not speak french either thats why I am asking for support on this to be fixed.

Well I think one thing to do is where the boxes say

Current password
New Password
Confirm password

i would fill those out even if im not changing that and see what happens like if you change something else say your password was i dunno lets go with Monkey for an example even if i wasn't changing my password i would fill the boxes out like this

Current Password: Monkey
New Password: Monkey
Confirm Password: Monkey

and see if that message still comes up.

Already tried that after I got that message and I still get it.

Well the hitskin site is translated from french... so in some cases the text is not translated... thats normal.

When you update your account it is required to enter your password everytime.
you only fill the password box... This has never happened to me so i can't expand on this. If it continues please post again... we'll get the techies into it
