Jalokim made that theme with Photoshop, I think. There is another way, though. In the ACP you can edit the current theme you have I think. Just add your own pictures and stuff.

I only do images in photoshop ... the rest I code live.

But if I'm not wrong ... that theme, and 3 sister themes may soon be available to testjalcss followers ... ooooooh.
