Lack of stickies

well i set up my forums and I have noticed that i don't have the ability to make stickies or anything like that, i can make new posts and the like.
So I was wondering if this was a because of the skin or something else,
so is the skin is the reason I am not able to do this??

Might be a problem with your skin, change the skin & see.

ya, that was what i was asking, i think the skin is the problem.
however if anyone knows for sure if it is not then i would like to know.

There are also some faulty skins out there, so it is reconmended that you change your skin as Sanket said Wink
