i want to know how i can get subsliver2 skin for phpbb3
i cant see it in acp
or on hitskin.com

No, it isn't available. You can only have prosilver-based for the phpBB3 version as it is phpBB3's oficiel style.

So, you either keep prosilver, or go back to phpBB2 version.

But you can post a request about a subsilver base in the Suggesetions section.

ehm but subsilver2 is a template made for phpbb3
subsilver1 was for phpbb2

But subsilver2's layout is so different from prosilver's layout (subsilver2 has tables while prosilver is tableless) that you cannot make a subsilver2 skin from prosilver since you cannot edit the phpbb3 version's templates unless you pay.
