What's the name of this skin?

Ok, so i found this other forumotion forum and i like the lay-out and i want to use it on my forum so could someone please give me a name of the skin used on this forum - http://www.hidecodesgalore.org/forum.htm any help would be appreciated.

It is phpbb2, but is heavily edited, so there would be no way that you could obtain it. Skins can be edited to be unique, and so the creator would most likely keep it secret. Sorry, but unless you negotiate with the creator, I doubt you can get a copy.
