Here is some of my work... Take it freely 
In black shadows in the bottom of banner, you can write page description of page link. I suggest you that font color should be white...

they are good but i don't like the black shade at the bottom

I don't usually like the empty banners that memebrs make ...
they all pretty much suck and moving them to the gallery is a pain ...
Its not going to be the case here... these are really nice and I'd even use them .. if my arms got cut off or something that stopped me from doing graphics... nice MEX
