Anyway of Having a pic as your forums heading?

just a question is there anyway that i can place a pic at the top of my forums homepage?

Display>Pics management>advanced>replace the banners link that'll put the pic at the top

and if you dont want the title under neathe or to the side just go to AdminPanel>>Display>>Headers/Navigation>>display forum title

i dnt believe so you might be able to do it with some CSS but i dnt know how
