Background color help!

Can somebody please tell me how to change my background color from this dark-gray color to something else? You barely read it from the original size that it says "Administators"

Display>> Colours>> Background Colour>> Change it as you want.

i got to that part so far but i dont know which one is called. everytime i try to edit the background color for the users doesnt change but some color changes.
