Changing Quote, Code, e.c.t box styles

On my forum, the quote, spoiler, code, e.c.t boxes show up like this:

Ap==>Display==>Colors Management==>Advanced==>Quote Color

Change it to what you want albino

Like on this forum, the quote has two ". On my forum intead of the two " it actually says the word quote.

I'm pretty sure they are defaults that come with the skin.
you can try to fiddle with your quote colors but I'm not sure if that will do it or not?

im sorry but you cannot do what your asking, unless the green line can be changed via CSS

you guys are all right but wrong at the same time...i think i found the answer.

it is not the skin...but it is the skin's version

the quote template is probaly changable.
