Forum Titles

In my forums when u are creating a new subject the title has to be at least 10 characters long.

Does anyone know if this is able to be changed because it really gets annoying?

I dont know at the moment..I just kept it as it is.

Administration panel->configuration->configuration->Messages->Topic's title length->minimum value->(change it to whatever you want)
