Solved Disable Paper or Character length

Hello

how can i Disable the Paper or Character Lengt if Mouse Over the Paper.
I dont want to show the Topic Title if a Guest goes with Mouse Over the Paper
or i want max. 3 Character to show and not the Complete Title.

I mean this Paper (see Picture)

but i think its better to choose between different Members because if i colored Members for different Forums its better they can not read the Topics in other Forums.
