Help please, color changing.

How can I change the colour of Post, join, age and Location also the Profile Fields.
here is a Picture why I want to change the color, hope this forum could help me atleast.

Administration Panel=>Users&Groups=>Profiles=>Select one profile=>Modify=>Name and there modify the colour=>Save.
