help with HTML background

Well as the title suggested I need some help.In the section where it says module in the admin section,the create new HTML page.How do i change the back ground of that page that i will be creating from scratch?I would like to create a page but i dont want to use the white background.So someone help me with this please or can you give me a css code to place there so i can get on with my creation
