How can i add an image that it will display to admins this one

Are you talking about the user-ranks.
If your talking about that,then:
Go to Admin panel>User and Groups>Ranks>Add new Ranks>Type in the Admin as the rank title,set as special rank and paste the link top your image in Rank Image URL.
To get the picture under the users name,do this:
Go to admin panel>Recent members,then you'll see a list of all of your members in your website>search for the user name of the person you want to but th user rank too then click on them>scroll down till you see a box with Special admin-only fields and enter the rank in the box with Rank Title.
