How do i add a link to the nav bar?

i created an html page, but i dont know how to add the link in the nav bar =/

Admin Panel>>Display Tab>>Under Homepage>>Headers & Navigation>>Nav links>>Click on the green box that says Create a custom menu.

Menu: Name of the link
Picture: If you want to add one
Text: What you want it to say
Redirection URL: Url of the page:
Rights : Who can view it
Display: Do you want it to open a new window or have it open in the same page
