How i can to put the flags or ..???

hi my name is Farah i'm the responsable of the fanclub of Bassem moughniyeh http://fans-moug.forum.st i want to put the special flag for users
ya3ne kil wa7ad hassab jinsiyto "la nationalite" so what can i do???
 blackeye blackeye ...

Welcome!!

Go to your admin panel
Go to users and groups
Add new rank and fill out the info and upload the image you want for your people
Once you are done same are (users and groups) click on users
Click on the name you want the icon to show
Scroll down to "Rank Title :" and select the one you made for the person or people.

You can make a special one for each person or use that 1 you made for all of the people, up to you!!!
