How Do I Turn HTML Setting On,
Because Usually You Can Edit Stuff In Admin CP
Like Portal Managment For Instance, In HTML?

Administration Panel=>General=>Messages and Emails=>Configuration=>Allow html=>Yes=>Save.
Profile=>Preferences=>Always allow html=>Yes=>Save.

when i try change stuff like colours in my administration pannel
for my portal blocks theres no option to change colors but there used to be

There is no option of changing color for a portal block. You need to code it.

Please give the code that you are using, to see if the html works or not.

i aint using any codes, ive used a forumotion forum before,
for www.streetsoldiers.darkbb.com but we wnt inactive and i forgot all
my details but now ive tryed to recreate it, i cant
because all i used to do is highlight and click a colour, but now non of thoes buttons are there

heres an example:



above the big box, there used to be buttons that i could use,
but now there not there, like i used to be able to highlight the gamebattles bit,
click on a box and insert a link so when u click on the gamebattles it would take you to the page

generally, this is seen above that window where you type. See if it does not appear anywhere in the admin panel. In the widgets etc.

can you provide a screen shot of the full page? what browser are you using? if it is IE8, forumotion.com needs to be in your compatability site list.
