Language changing

I need help with language. I know the users can change their language but it only happens to some areas i want all messages and everything to be in a different language when they change it. Is it possible?

The interface should be translated entirely, unless this specific language has not yet been translated completely. Anything that you have written yourself, like posts for example, will not be affected by a language change of course. That would not be possible.
