Making the "body line background colour" transparent Empty Making the "body line background colour" transparent

Is this possible by css? And if so, could somebody help me out with the css I need?

The problem I'm getting is that I'm wanting to have the background shown rather than it being as a "border". The body line background seems to be placed in front of the actual background and makes it so I can't put the image I wanted as the background.
