E-Mail Verification [solved]

Hai,
I have heard from My Guest they doesn't get the E-Mail Vertivication to Active Their Account.
But some people Get the E-Mail.
What i suppose to do ?

I can active them, admin cp > Users & Groups > Inactive Users > select the users u want to active > Click on the button Active

Hi,

There are sometimes problems with these e-mails for the membres who use Hotmail. If they didn't recieve the e-mail which is sent to active their account, you can do it yourself by following what Ike wrote. Wink

I have Experienced the Problems with Recieving the E- Mail.


As said above in any Case- the Member can be activated in the Administraton Panel Wink
