missing forum logo from top of page

Hi my brother has logged onto my forum so we can get used to the working of it but he is not seeing the pic on the top of the page he is just gettng the box with a x in it

please help trying to get our website live asap

I can see it also - sometimes it can take a while for the pictures to load, now and again you will notice an x where certain pics are supposed to be. It soon sorts itself out though.

Maybe he needs to set his browser to "load images automatically" or whatever it says.
