Sorry my question was a bit vague. On my forum the mouse pointer is blue and was wondering how to change it to a normal white one.

Please navigate to Admin CP > Display > Colors >CSS
Scroll down to the end of the codes and you'll find this part...
Please remove it from there and submit.
