No Soup For You

Hey all,

I have this problem on my forum and I'm not quite sure how to solve it. It started when someone put this picture of the "Soup Nazi" on our forum background page. Now, I don't know who did it but the other problem is that I just don't know how to take it off from the background. And then, what I used to have for the Home Portal and etc. buttons, are not just showing the words with the rest of the Soup Nazi picture showing.

If anyone can show me where to go and take off this pic that'd be great. If anything else, I might just have to start the forum skin all over again.

You need to change the skin, that background issue is a problem with the skin.
