The basic color chooser does not work.

When going to Administration Panel > Display > Colors, I simply want to change some colors around on my forum. However, the color chooser does not work, and I know nothing about CSS. Is there a reason it's not working, am I being stupid, or both?

It's problem because your skin uses css
