I just have a question how to get a rank Image instead of numbers like on this board

ACP=>Modules Tab=>Portal & Widgets=>Forum widgets management=>Modify the top posters widget=>General options of the widget : Top posters=>Set to the option no=>Save

I did that. but then all I see is the members names. And no image bar thing

Probably the images are blank.

Display>Pics Management
Check if the vote bar images are empty.

If yes, then add it there.
