In Statistics {profile} ~ Some information not showing

First topic message reminder :

Hello everyone,
There is a problem on the forum am an Admin at,and this is what it is:

When someone goes to a member's profile{advanced profile},and they click the statistics button,to view the member's statistics,the last two info isn't showing:

In the memberlist,everything is fine.

Any ideas on how to fix this? [This was not done by an administrator of the forum]

Hey MM,
I've noticed that a strange member has registered on my forum...

UserName ~ Etana_fa

And on one of the profile fields for registration info,it says:

I'm just testing a bug

And for the Humor ~ Heart

Is that one of the forumotion technicians to check out the problem?

Some say they don't see the problem but the others do. It must be with the skin.

It must be a problem with the skin am using at the moment,but Amortentia Cécile is having the same problem,

Very strange...The skin am using is phpBB3 (prosilver).

I tried swiching skins once before,but it didn't work...But,i'll try with a different skin this time.

I just got back and the only thing that was said was

no news, but it is holidays, and it is long for all technical problem this week...

Question where would I talk about how the fact the when i try to send my password to my e-mail for my admin accout, in my forum site, it says "The security 'Disallow admin to send new password' is active in Admin Panel > General Admin > Security" I can not recieve my pass and I cant get forumotions attention. Please someone help me out.
