In Statistics {profile} ~ Some information not showing

Hello everyone,
There is a problem on the forum am an Admin at,and this is what it is:

When someone goes to a member's profile{advanced profile},and they click the statistics button,to view the member's statistics,the last two info isn't showing:

In the memberlist,everything is fine.

Any ideas on how to fix this? [This was not done by an administrator of the forum]

Niels,you don't know who I am...If I clicked something,I would know of that... {Plus,this can't be done by a normal admin}

Does anyone know how to fix this?

Try another skin, see if it's ok there and then reload your skin again
and see if it's still the same

i not even sure ware that is. but then again i never use advanced profile.
Make sure the member is not hidden? i dont know if that will affect this but it's worth making sure. other then that try what musket has suggested as well.

is this considered as a custom profile field. make sure they are correct in the acp too.

Did not work... {I changed skin,and still have the problem...Also had to waste time re-uploading my same icons,and CSS codes}

Note: The CSS codes aren't giving the problem...

Ps,it's not a profile field you can create,or edit.

This happens on every member's profile.Even on members that are not hidden.

Did you drag near that field to check if the color was the same?

I am not sure about the reason, however i think changing the skin will help which you say you already tried.

I already changed the skin, ,and nothing happened,except for me having to re-upload my images...

I tried it using hitskin, the same issue.

Do try to resync the forum.

I did it before,and tried it again,and the problem is still pending...

The skin is prosilver blue...I think you know already...

yes i do, don't really know a solution to this. But try clearing your cache etc. I am not sure about the solution really.

Do you think Typlo can fix this problem?

just a shot in the dark? try checking the default value in the templates?

and make sure you have your advanced profile on as well.

for the templates try the members list_body = members list

or the viewonline_body= Who is online page.

like i said this is a long shot..

oh and try here too.. in the templates> profile> profile_view_body = profile.

click your default. then copy that code and add to the template?
hopefully it works if not we might need to get a tech or typlo to check it out for you.
