First topic message reminder :

Hi,

I have changed my site name from the ACP to another but it does not show up on the site.

here are just a few Screenshots to understand what I am saying:

But after I click save, I get my old forum's name:

???

Can anyone help?

David, I believe this was corrected on the french side.
Are you sure it's not corrected for you?

EDIT: Now I view the directory, I see that ur problem is still persisting Confused

dotDavid, after reviewing the French support forum in the desactiv section, the problem was originally corrected, but it has re-risen this time more stern than the last time.

Rest assure the techs are working on a resolution for this particular bug, but it's progress is unknown

I started off in setup of my account naming my site Cinci Paylaker's and then decided to change it to match my existing site (with someone else but moving here) to Southern Ohio Paylakes.

I finished setting it up and then added it to the "Forum Directory" but it still showed up as Cinci Paylaker's ?

Can someone assist me in changing the site's name to the correct one in the "Forum Directory" only ? it is fine every where else.

I tried to post this in the Tech section but apparently this topic has to be moved there.

Its been about 1.25 months, and no actual information from the technicians. I do realize that the servers are another issue, this issue is affecting all forums, page rank wise. Now I can't even update the info, whereas I could just a few weeks ago, when the technicians fixed just a part of it. So, any news?

Please be patient david, the average time for a techie problem on the ESF to get fixed is close to 4 months, the longest time frame yet is a matter of Years

David, it looks like the techs have been re-informed to this matter on Thursday.
It was also said that the problem is diverse & widespread, and may take a wile to fix, as the techs have to just sit & watch it.
