About Rapidshare

I have this member who always post tutorial about windows xp and vista ,how to tweak,how to improve performance,how to enlarge memory etc..but all of these stuffs are came from rapidshare downloads.
I want to ask if these are legal or prohibited,coz i dont use rapidshare and my knowledge about software is limited.
I have just included computer technology category in my forum,just in case of some pc problems.My forum is centered in Friendship and ideas sharing,discussions and debates.But i dont want my forum to be at risk just because of these rapidshares..

Rapidshare itself is not illicit, it depends on the content, on the programs, etc... that have been uploaded and that you are linking to. Common tools to tweak the performance of windows should be ok, unless they are hacks or violating some windows terms of service.
