Activating member's account
Hello
To become a forum member the admin gets an e-mail saying that this person wants to join and that I have to click on a link to activate that member's account. When I click on the link, all I get is a message saying that this member doesn't exist! Can someone explain what's going on, please.
Thank you
Sass

That depends on how the New Accounts Activation is set, whether it's set to User or Admin. When set to Admin, obviously all registrations have to be approved by Admin and when set to User, the new registration can complete the process themselves.
It's controlled in admin>users & groups>users>user settings and check the 2nd option in the Members list.
