How do I make a certin group be able to view the admin panel???

they have to be admins.
you can place then in the admin group, then add to the other group.
if you do not want them have the admin rank then just create another rand and give them the rank title.

But how do I do that, but Members cannot see that they're admins?

you can hide select the admin group to be hidden or do not show the color of the admin group.You as an administrator can still give your self the rank as a admin.

if you do not want to do it that way. and you want your admin group not to be hidden. then you will have to place the order of the admin group under the group that you are adding the members too.

so first.. place your members in the admin group.. now they are admins. now place the admins in the new group. once your admin group is under the other group. your admins will only show as that group. not the admin group

everthing will be in your group settings.. to move the groups you will see up and down arrows. be sure you have the admin group under the other group that you are adding the admins too.. and be sure to change there rank title.. your rank title can remain. and so long as you are not in that other group then you will continue to show as a admin.
