Backround Music

I need you guys to give me the link so that I can put the music on my homepage. I want this You Tube video, http://www.youtube.com/v/FEOY0f_hNro There's another topic that had this same title I think but me and my brother were trying to figure out how to put it on my home page, but we tried hard and we couldn't. My brother figured out the link of the video from another topic. I just don't know how to put the music on my homepage.
