One of my subscribers has said that when she gets to use the reply box, there is another 'page' ghosted in it, she can't fully read the text there but is concerned about security. Anyone else experience this problem?

It might be because of her anti-virus protector. Sometimes, I can't see pictures well, they are all replaced with "You have not permission", or something like that, but when /I turn it off, it's OK.
