Hi!
Since there is this image problem I decided to change my forum skin for a while.My fried has this glowing red skin for his forum and I decided to try it.Unfortunately I found this strange bug.Widgets don't appear with this theme.Is there a way to fix this problem?

Install some other skin from hitskin.com

I had the same issue with that skin, u need edit the CSS to allow widgets, I cant remember where it is in the CSS but I will find it and get back to u
