Deleting a nav link [Solved]

So I want to delete the Usergroup link, but when I go to edit it I don't have the option to delete it. Can we not delete those links, are they permanent?

I don't think you can delete them but yo can make them so that only Administrators can see them by going to admin panel=>Users & Groups=>Special rights=>Special rights and look for the "Usergroups" section and change it to Administrators. That way only the administrators will see it.
