To report an error
- Post the word or the sentence where you see an error
- Give the correction you suggest
- Give the location of this error (ex : In the admin panel > Modules > Portal Structure > "Adding of existing modules") It is advised to provide a screenshot of this. If you don't know how to take a screenshot, look here
We ask you to not post an error report if the error is one of these followings :
- Having "Parcourir" when you upload a file/picture, and "Envoyer" when you use the founder's utils. In these two cases, this comes from your browser's language. So, if your browser is in French, these buttons will be in French. If your browser is in English, the buttons will be in English.
- Buttons (nav links or messages buttons) in French such as "Citer", "profil", "mp", etc. If they are in French, try to add _en before the .gif, or try to reinstall this styles in Styles > Choose your styles. If it doesn't work, this means the style isn't translated to English yet.
Thanks for your collaboration.

Please ask in the support section of the Forum
Re: Help us : Spelling/Grammar/Structure Errors in ENGLISH
This is crazily pedantic...why would they bother adding in extra scripting to change it to singular when just 1 topic has been moved?

Why "No new private messages..."?
It should be "New private messages..."

Hello,
If you go to general => reports => permissions. You'll notice that when you click on either 'Here you can lock the report feature for special users who abuse of them' or 'Here you can disable the post report from specific users you consider as trustworthy, so members won't be able to send reports for messages posted by these specific users' that the descriptions are opposite.

As you can see, you have got them the wrong way round. Just thought I'd point this out as it looks rather unprofessional for those who pay attention to things like that.

Your grammar was incorrect in that sentence.
As "they" (Forumotion) were the subject of my sentence, your response had to refer to them (e.g. "so they use proper grammar"). "It" cannot use proper grammar because "it" is merely referring to an indirect object.
Silly hypocrite.

Re: Help us : Spelling/Grammar/Structure Errors in ENGLISH
There's an error on my forum that I've noticed for a while, but didn't think much of before my members started complaining.
When someone enters a post at the same time that you do, this message appears.
"A new message has just been added while you write it your."
It should say something like "A new message has been entered in this topic at the same time as yours, would you like to continue?"
I don't know if I should have placed this in Suggestions, so move it if need be, but I think this is a pretty serious problem for most boards using the English interface.
Thanks!

I believe that occurs with my forum as well, and I hope it gets fixed.

Kinko, read the edit in my above post; it STATES that I don't wish to explain myself (READ FOR CRYING OUT LOUD!)
I purposely wrote it in bad grammar, or was I intending 3rd person
Cjanz, nice catch, but its not not properly right; but its pretty good
Note: Lazy day for me again; I got a big work day tomorrow

I've seen one at the very first page (the home) of the admin panel.
It should be:
Home of Admin Panel wrote:Do never provide your password to anyone, even if this person claims being part of our forum hosting! Beside your forum, only the rescue tools (http://www.forumotion.com/en/utils/) requires the use of your password.

Obviously there should be an apostrophe ("your's").

What? there is no apostrophe in yours. That makes absolutely no sense, and if even if there needed to be an apostrophe, how does that make less sense than, "A new message has been entered while you write it your?"
I want you to read that three times and I challenge anyone to make sense of it.
"A new message has just been added while you write it your"
"A new message has just been added while you write it your"
"A new message has just been added while you write it your"
To have that message on our forums is not only embarrassing but it looks tremendously unprofessional and needs to be changed if our forums want to be taken seriously.
Re: Help us : Spelling/Grammar/Structure Errors in ENGLISH
In Profile the tab Topic is being watched should be Topic(s) that are being watched.

Re: Help us : Spelling/Grammar/Structure Errors in ENGLISH
The feature that makes a message appear if someone has posted a message at the same time as you, currently says:
A new message has just been added while you write it your.
You can consult the last messages posted below and thus to decide if you want to modify it or to record it.
Which doesn't really make sense at all. It should say something along the lines of:
"A new message has just been added while you wrote yours. You can review the new message posted below, and decide if you want to modify or save it."

WHen we visit someone's profile.

It should be See all USERNAME's friends
I mean the you should be exchanged with the name of the user of whom we are viewing the profile of.
