Some question here !

How to make sticky topic ?
and how can i get credits ?

1) create a topic and then on the bottom you will c post topic as NORMAL STICKY ANNOUNCEMENT
2) log in as founder, then go to MISC and choose BUY CREDITS

how long does it take after paying to receieve credits, do you pay every month for the extra gallery space you buy withyour credits?
Does it revert to the old capacity if you forget one month?

if you use pay pal you will get your credits as soon as payment accepted
I'm using my credits for template editing

I did use paypal and have a receipt saying it has been accepted, but I am still told I have no credits. I am glad I didnt buy a lot of credits straight off.
It was only 4 hours ago, so will wait untill tomorow.
I have no idea who to contact if it still hasnt gone through.

thats weird , u might wanna go check it again and again and again and if you wont receive it you can open a claim with pay pal so don't worry

check the summary
admin panel / misc / summary credits should be there already

just checked again " you have no credits"
well off to claim from paypal I gues and no extras for my site, maybe i will have to go somewhere else for our community forum and start again

Didnt send it to a person just clicked the buy credits button cthen clicked 1,000 credits, chose to pay by paypal, filled in the thing and got areceipt saying
"your purchase from forumactif has been completed."
Oh I am in the UK and its 3 in the morning her so i am a bit sleepy.so excuse me if I make a few typo's

just went back and checked summary again
" you have 0 credits"
not sure how I am supposed to get credits, is there another way. I need more gallery space?

Well still no sign of the credits. I have sent an email to forumactive.com
with full details and a copy of the full transaction, so hope someone there will help me. thank you for your kindness.
