[Solved]New Guest's Can't Register.

Why cant any new guest's register
Its say's Administrators have forbidden any new members.
I went to the admin panel>>user and groups>>user settings and then allowed new accounts. But then i loged out and then tried to register, but it still say's Administrators have forbidden any new members.
I need Help. Sad Sad Sad Sad ... TT TT beu

Go to "General / Configuration". Check if "Board on holiday" and "Board under construction" are enabled - change this options to "No". Wink
