LOST MY ADMIN PASSWORD!!!!!!

i lost my admin password and when i try to recover it it says: The security 'Disallow admin to send new password' is active in Admin Panel > General Admin > Security could someone help me i have my email adress that i used to make the forum to prove its me and i tried everything to recover it and idk what to do now plz someone help! bwi
