I need some help, I have PM'd Typlo and got no response, it has been weeks.

I need to get from him the info I need to transfer data from my forum to a new host.

Can anyone help me with this, or if Typlo sees this can you respond to my PM?

you can not transfer your data from one host to another or even one forumotion forum to another.Forumotion dose not offer this.

I read somewhere on here that you CAN, you just need to talk to Typlo.

My forum brings in a lot of traffic for the forumotion servers, and I would love to keep the host, but embed the forum into a new site with a new host.

I would very much like to be to able to contact him via PM to have this conversation.

If you know the link to the thread where you have read this please post so it can be corrected.But you can not transfer data from forumotion to another host the same way you can not take data from another host and transfer it to forumotion.

Forumotion has always had this policy and never has offered this. You may be getting mixed up with transferring the domain. domains can be transfer and yes, and yes for that you would have to contact typlo
