Music Downloads

What if you know someone, you know.
Pretend that I know the ''Jonas Brother'' and I talk to them.
I ask permission to let me use their songs on my website for other people to download.
And they say yes.
So, yah, I got permission right?
But when if I upload it on to my site, won't that umm, won't that copyright, online, forgot the name...
pop up saying that you have violated the terms and all copyright must be removed otherwise, your website will be banned?

But, I got permission right?
So what I do?

(Just wondering... been bugging me for some time... lol)
(Note: I do not know the Jonas Brother, just an example.)

If you have the permission from the original author of that track, then yes of course, you can use it on your forum. But if you once get the message in your admin panel, be sure you can prove that somehow - I'm sure you understand that Forumotion can't just take your word for it.

Is like, World of Warcraft, saying that you created that game. hahaha.

the copyright thing is a very delicate matter, i am in the music business and have released tunes and i made them, i also give them away online coz they are mine, i done em, the record company could say no coz we released it, funny old circle, they charge £1.50 ($3.00) for download and i give it away lol, all about the music in my eyes,
